4:00 Morning chanting in temple (Sanskrit mantra)
5:30 - Havana (Fire ceremony, tantric ritual)
7:00 / 7:30 - Yoga class (asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha)
9:30 - Breakfast
*Free time / Satsang / Karma Yoga / Self Study*
14:00 - Lunch
*karma yoga / free time / self study*
17:00 - Meditation class
18:00 - Aarti (temple ceremony)
18:30 - Dinner
19:00 - Kirtan (chanting) or retire to bed.
