Develop a good foundation to build a satisfying yoga practice. We will start with the basics, learning how to breathe properly to oxygenate the body and energize the mind while synchronizing movement and breathe for a meditative experience. We will also discuss yogic philosophy, the essentials that every practitioner should know that can be directly applied to your life and your practice. It is vital to learn the mind body balance that hatha yoga has to offer, for a healthy happy existence.
Course Includes: Morning yoga class - 90 minutes Lecture - 60 minutes Afternoon yoga class - 60 minutes Evening Kirtan (chanting) & Satsang 3 organic home cooked meals daily Accomadations with hot water and 24 hour wi-fi
