Develop a good foundation to build a satisfying yoga practice. We will start with the basics, learning how to breathe properly to oxygenate the body and energize the mind while synchronizing movement and breathe for a meditative experience. We will also discuss yogic philosophy – the basics that every yogi should know that can be directly applied to your life and your practice. It is vital to integrate the two so that your spiritual development can fully blossom.
Course Includes: Morning yoga class - 90 minutes Lecture - 60 minutes Afternoon yoga class - 60 minutes Evening Kirtan (chanting) & Satsang 3 organic home cooked meals daily Accomadations with hot water and 24 hour wi-fi
*For an additional $10 a day you can add on the cleansing retreat. Satkarma, yogic cleansing is the first step in hatha yoga and is highly recommended when starting a yoga practice. 3 days is recommended.
