Life in the East flows with the rhythms of nature instead of by the numbers on a watch. While we do our best to keep to our daily routine we also believe in remaining flexible, going with the flow and accepting what each day brings. Below is our typical day at Shanti Yoga Ashram.
5:30 – Wake-up bell 6:00 – Morning Cleansing / Neti 7:00 – Tantra Yoga Class 9:00 - Breakfast 10:00 - Karma Yoga 11:00 – Tantra Yoga Lecture (depending on the program) 12:30 – Lunch Afternoon Free Time 4:00 - Tantra Yoga Class 6:00 - Aarati, Kirtan 6:30 – Dinner 8:00 – Retire to room
In your free time, you can visit Macchhegaun village, experience Nepali culture, explore nearby sites or enjoy walks in the neighboring forest or just relax and take in the stunning view of the Himalayas
