Learn how to reach your full potential with Tantra Meditation techniques…
Shiva Shakti Meditation – Divine bliss is experienced when Shiva (consciousness) and Shakti (energy) unite to create pure consciousness. This union of masculine and feminine energies can be cultivated individually or with a partner.
Sexual energy is the energy of creation, the most powerful energy available to you. As you gain skill in sensing and moving this force, you open up the possibility of awakening and manifesting your latent divinity by awakening the power of Kundalini. Guruji will guide you how to rotate prana through subtle pathways in the body, transmuting sexual energy into spiritual energy. Due to the flow of oxygenated blood flow through the nervous system a bioplasmic reaction is created, which causes every nerve in the body to vibrate at a higher frequency activating dormant cells in the brain, leading to an expanded state of consciousness.
Yantra Meditation – Yantra literally means instrument. It is a geometrical complex spiritual instrument in Tantra practice for concentration and meditation. When the mind is concentrated in Yantra the mental chatter stops and eventually the object of help, the Yantra, is dropped and the mind can remain empty and silent. The practice of Yantra meditation brings about bhukti and mukti, enjoyment and liberation. We will go deeply into meditation on Shiva, Kali, and other Yantras to activate consciousness, will-force and other dormant powers.
