Tantra Yoga – The Path to Divine Bliss
Tantra is the ancient science which uses specific yogic techniques to liberate the consciousness from its limitations.
Tantra is the natural evolution of yoga, based on an integrated approach of 5 yoga to create a complete system. We will focus on the development of yogic techniques from Hatha, Asthanga, Mantra, Kundalini and Shiva Shakti Yoga.
In this course we will go deeply into Tantra Yoga practice including: • Asana combined with chakra awareness and bija mantra meditation • Pranayama with visualization • Mudras incorporated into asana practice to energize the entire system • Bhandas (how to use them to generate and move energy) • Yoga Nidra – The tantric practice of nyasa (installing the mantra om on each part of the body) as well as using it to re-program the subconscious mind • Om Chanting to activate the Ajna chakra (first step in Kundalini practice) • Mantra – Kirtan for uplifting our group energy and to create sacred space • Tantra Meditation – to balance the sacred masculine and the divine feminine
It will include lectures on the basic principles of Tantra, how to apply Tantra to our daily life and how we can use it to create the life we truly desire. It is a method that brings us closer to being alive as it embraces all of life, awakening our senses and at the same time cultivating the witness consciousness. This heightened awareness makes for a life truly worth living.
Course includes: Daily Tantra Yoga morning class - 90 minutes Lecture - 60 minutes Afternoon yoga and meditation - 60 minutes Kirtan– chanting 3 organic home cooked meals daily Accomadations with hot water and 24 hour wi-fi
